If you have any questions please contact our office at (319) 642-3851. ------ The tax estimator calculates using the 2019 assessed value and the most recent levies and rollbacks. These calculations reflect a projected estimate of the 2020-2021 taxes. The computations are provided as a service and are a projection for estimation purposes only. Errors or omissions shall not be binding upon this office. Please contact the Treasurer for current year taxes or the Auditor about specific levies and rollbacks. The deadline for applying for Homestead Property Tax Credit, Disabled Veteran’s Homestead Tax Credit, Military Property Tax Exemption and the Business Property Tax Credit is July 1 st for the 2019 assessment year. Each of these credits/exemptions are “one-time signings” and there is no need to reapply if your property use or ownership has not changed.
